Lillian: The following contest is scheduled for 1 fall, and is for the WWE Intercontinental Championship!
On the way to the ring, from New York City, John Bradshaw Layfield!
And his opponent, from Death Valley, he is the WWE Intercontinental Champion, The Undertaker!
The bell sounds as they tie up in the center of the ring. Undertaker grabs John’s arm and twists it. JBL reverses it but turning through it and then twists Undertaker’s arm. JBL whips Taker into the corner, then slaps him a few times, then connects with a few big right hands. Bradshaw though swings one too many times, because Taker ducks the last swing, and turns JBL around and Taker hits him with a few right hands of his own. The ref pushes Taker back and Bradshaw starts to walk away from the turnbuckles. Undertaker twists JBL’s arm again, and pulls down on it, which causes JBL to fall face first down to the mat. Undertaker bounces off of the ropes and hits a leg drop on JBL and covers

Kick out. Undertaker grabs JBL by his hair and pulls him back to his feet and measures him. Taker hits him with a stiff right hand, but holds him up, then hits him with and elbow. JBL stumbles around and Taker lifts him up for Snake Eyes. But when he starts running towards the turnbuckles, JBL squirms off and pushes Taker into the turnbuckles. Taker bounces back a little, and JBL rolls him up

Kick out. JBL stands up to argue with the ref that it was 3. When he turns his back to Taker, he sits up. JBL turns around and Undertaker slams his hand around his throat. He lifts him up for a Chokeslam, and connects. Undertaker takes the straps off from around his shoulders, and rolls his eyes back in his head with his thumb moving across his throat. Taker gets him up and hits a Tombstone Piledriver and covers
